摘要
景观农场金光菊是一个新重瓣花品种,作为盆栽必须控制高度.研究了在不同的生长阶段(10,15 和 20片真叶时)施用嘧啶醇、多效唑和比久 3 种植物生长调节剂对盆栽景观农场金光菊矮化和开花的影响.研究表明,浇灌质量浓度为 4 mg/L 的嘧啶醇和多效唑溶液 1 次和 2 次均明显地矮化了植株,而喷施质量浓度为 5 000 mg/L的比久溶液却没有明显效果.不同生长阶段施用的效果不同,当植株有 10 片真叶时施用的矮化效果最好.不同施用次数的效果不同,施用 2 次的植株明显比施用 1 次的矮.植物生长调节剂没有明显减少植株的茎节数,但都明显地缩短了茎节间的长度.不论施用何种植物生长调节剂,植株的叶片数、花朵数以及花的大小均没受到明显影响.
Rudbeckia hirta Linnaeus‘plainview farm’is a new double-flowered cultivar with great potential for potted plant production.However,the height control is a problem.Ancymidol and paclobutrazol and daminozide were applied in different growth stages(10,15,and 20 true leaves) to investigate its effect on dwarfing and flowering of Rudbeckia hirta Linnaeus ‘plainview farm’.The results indicated that ancymidol and paclobutrazol at 4 mg/L once or twice both significantly dwarfed the plants while daminozide at 5 000 mg/L spray did not have a significant effect.Different treated stages showed different results and the best growth stage for controlling the height was when the plant had 10 true leaves.As for number of applications,plants,which were drenched twice,were significantly shorter.Although all growth regulators did not reduce the number of nodes,they significantly shortened the internodes and inflorescence peduncles.Regardless of the sort of the growth regulators,number of flowers and leaves and the size of flowers did not show any statistical differences.
