摘要
大学校长职业化是大学生存与发展的必然要求。民办高校职业校长需要具备经营管理能力、开拓创新能力和服务育人能力,同时兼具教育家、学者、道德楷模、职业经理人和社会活动家等多重角色。实现民办高校校长职业化,需要探索建立适合我国国情、具有中国特色的民办高校校长准入、遴选、使用、培训、激励和约束机制。
The professionalization of presidents is the necessary requirement for the survival and development of universities and colleges. The presidents of non-governmental institution of higher learning should have the abilities of management, pioneering innovation and educating-in-service. They also need possess many multiple roles as educators, academics, moral models, professional managers and social activists and so on. The professionalization of presidents in non-governmental institution of higher learning requires exploring and establishing a set of mechanisms to access, select, use, train, drive and restraint of presidents from non-governmental institution of higher learning, which is with Chinese characteristics.
