摘要
从民办高校董事会制度的主体要素出发,对影响董事长与校长之间关系的主要因素如双方办学理念的认同度、董事长的基本素养、校长“职业化”发展水平、双方关系的和谐度、董事会制度的完善程度等作了探讨与分析,并指出需要从外部和内部两个方面来推动民办高校董事长和校长之间建立和谐的工作伙伴关系。
Starting from the main-body elements of the system of the board of trustees in non-governmental institutions of higher /earning, the paper probes into the major factors that inf/uence the relations between the chairman and the president, including their respective identification of school-running ideas, the fundamental quality of the chairman, the ＂professionalized＂ develop- ment level of the president, the harmony of their relationship, the improvement of the system of the board of trustees, etc. We must promote the establishment of the harmonious working partnership relations between the chairman and the president of the non-governmental institutions of higher learning both internally and externally.
