摘要
高等教育管理是以更好地培养人才并着眼于提高人才的质量为根本目标的管理活动。中国高等教育管理存在的主要问题是,管理理念明显滞后于高等教育的快速发展,教师管理对调动教师教学积极性的调动考虑不足,对学生管理制度建设方面欠缺完善的法律支撑,教学设施管理为教学改革条件创造对师生缺少必要的人文关怀。因此,高等教育管理应加强师资队伍建设,创新对师资培养的目标、机制和模式进行创新;以学生为本,建立完善的创新型人才培养环境;深化高等教育教学改革,加强教学管理制度的创新;树立"人才为本"的理念,从有利于培养人才出发进行教育制度的设计。
Higher education management views better personnel training and improving the quality of talent as fundamental objective.The main problem that exists in the Chinese higher education management is that its management concept clearly lags behind the rapid development of higher education; the teaching management is poor in mobilizing the teaching staff's enthusiasm; the student management system building lacks a sound legal support; the teaching facilities management fails in personalization; and the teachers and students have difficulty in receiving the necessary humanistic care. It is suggested that in the higher education management the teaching staff rank building be strengthened; the current teacher's training be innovated in objective, mechanism and model; a sound student-oriented environment be set up for the innovative talent resources; the reform of higher education be strengthened in the aspect of the teaching management system; the talenttraining-oriented mentality be developed; and the current educational system be redesigned around the goal of cultivating qualified personnel.
