摘要
高校行政体系与国家行政部门的运行模式较为相似,与政府的行政管理相比,高校的行政管理是小范围的社会公共事务管理。高校行政管理体系是维持学校正常运转不可或缺的重要组成部分,同时为教学科研工作提供保障性服务,行政管理能力的提升能显著促进高校发展。讨论了当前高校行政管理体系、管理人员存在的工作制度僵化、工作效率较低、缺少有效激励制度等普遍性问题,以及具体问题所造成的不良影响,探究并提出了改善相应问题的方法。
The administrative system of colleges and universities is similar to the operation mode of national administrative departments.Compared with the administrative management of the government,the administrative management of colleges and universities is a small-scale management of social public affairs.The administrative management system of colleges and universities is an indispensable and important part of maintaining the normal operation of the school.At the same time,it provides guarantee services for teaching and research work.The improvement of administrative management capabilities can significantly promote the development of colleges and universities.This paper discussed the current university administrative management system,the existing work system rigidity of management personnel,low work efficiency,lack of effective incentive system and other general problems,as well as the adverse effects caused by specific problems,and explored and proposed ways to improve the corresponding problems.
