摘要
构建社会主义和谐社会,关键在党;构建和谐校园,加强高校领导班子建设是根本保证。高校要从坚持和完善党委领导下的校长负责制、提高领导班子能力、加强团结与发扬民主、健全制度和强化监督等5个方面入手,建设一个心情舒畅、生动活泼、充满活力的和谐的领导班子,以顺利推进和谐校园建设。
The key to building a socialist harmonious society lies in the Party. The essential guarantee of building a harmonious campus is to strengthen the building of college and university leadership. To develop the harmonious campus smoothly, the college and university should build a harmonious leadership which is cheerful, lively and energetic. That should start with the following five points： to persevere in and perfect the president assuming overall responsibility under the leadership of the Party committee, to improve the ability of the leadership, to strengthen unity and promote democracy, and to improve system and enforce supervision.
