锦州市市售牛奶中抗生素残留的调查及检测分析 被引量:9

摘要 目的调查锦州市市售牛奶中抗生素残留情况,并对抗生素残留检测方法进行了对比分析。方法应用国标(TTC)法和CMT试剂盒法对市郊散养奶牛新鲜牛奶和锦州市各大、小超市袋装奶进行抗生素残留的实验室检测。结果锦州市市售牛奶中个别牛奶有抗生素残留,且散装奶中抗生素残留阳性率高于袋装奶。结论引起牛奶中抗生素残留的主要因素是奶牛疾病治疗,建议养殖户加强饲养管理,减少奶牛疾病的发生,严格遵守休药期规定,以保证消费者的健康。 Objective To know the situation of antibiotic residual and make a comparative analysis on the detection methods of antibiotic residual Methods Laboratory detection on the antibiotic residual situation of supermarket's packed milk and fresh milk is made in Jinzhou suburbs by TTC and CMT methods. ResUlts The results showed that the antibiotic residual situation existed in some of market milk and the fresh milk' positive rate was higher than packed mill Conclusions The main factor inducing antibiotic residual is to treat dairy cow's diseases. It is suggested that raising households should strengthen feeding and management to reduce the diseases of dairy cow and abide by the withdrawal time strictly to ensure the health of consumers.
