摘要
目的建立表面活性剂增敏荧光光度法测定牛奶中环丙沙星(ciprofloxacin,CPLX)残留量。方法基于十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTMAB)对CPLX-Al3+体系荧光强度的显著增敏作用,建立了CTMAB增敏荧光光度法快速测定环丙沙星残留的新方法。结果将该方法首次用于牛奶中CPLX的测定,结果与高效液相色谱(HPLC)法一致,样品平均回收率为92.6%,RSD为0.74%,检出限为15.5μg/L。结论该方法简便、快捷、准确。
The fluorimetric intensity of ciprofloxacin-Al^3+ could be markedly enhanced by cetyl-trimethylammonium bromide. A fluorimetric spectrometry method for the determination of ciprofloxacin residue in milk was proposed. Result showed that the average recovery of sample was 92.6% with a detection limit of 15.5μg/L, the relative standard deviation was 0.74%. It was concluded that the method is simple, rapid and accurate.
