广州地区奶类抗生素残留和金黄色葡萄球菌污染调查 被引量:7

Investigation on antibiotic residual and staphyloccocus aureus rosenbach contamination in milk of guangzhou

摘要 目的为了解广州地区奶类抗生素残留和金黄色葡萄球菌污染状况。方法 2006-2009年期间,采用随机抽样方法分别对我市十个区以及两个地级市共计302份奶类样品进行了抗生素残留、金黄色葡萄球菌以及葡萄球菌肠毒素的检测。金黄色葡萄球菌的检测按照国标GB4789.10进行;抗生素残留和葡萄球菌肠毒素的检测则依照试剂盒的要求进行。结果 302份样品,其中有62份检测到有抗生素残留,阳性率为20.53%;奶粉类为高,29.51%;纯奶类次之,为22.67%。通过对各年份的相互比较,抗生素残留的检出呈逐年上升的趋势。随机抽取的42份奶制品均未检出金黄色葡萄球菌,肠毒素检测阴性;10份生奶有7份检出金黄色葡萄球菌,其中5份肠毒素检测呈阳性。结论广州地区的奶制品存在较高的抗生素残留的不安全因素,生奶类检出抗生素残留、金黄色葡萄球菌及其肠毒素等的情况说明奶源存在污染。因此,监督部门必需更进一步规范生牛奶供应市场,加强对奶制品的抗生素残留的监控,以维护广大人民的身体健康。 Objective To investigate the milk contamination caused by antibiotic residual and staphyloccocus aureus Rosenbach in Guangzhou.Method During 2006 to 2009,302 milk samples from ten districts and two counties of Guangzhou were collected.Antibiotic residual,staphyloccocus aureus rosenbach and staphylococal enterotoxin were detected.Staphylococcus aureus rosenbach was detected by national GB method.Antibiotic residual and staphylococcal enterotoxins were detected by kits.Results Among 302 samples,62 were antibiotic residual positive,the positive rate was 20.53%,the milk powder was the highest(29.51%),and followed by pure milk(22.67%).The positive rate of antibiotic residual has been increasing year by year.staphyloccocus aureus rosenbach and staphylococcal enterotoxin were not detected from the 42 randomly selected milk samples.In ten milk products,seven were detected staphylococcus aureus and five of them staphylococcal enterotoxin were positive.Conclusions High antibiotic residual risk in the milk products and the contamination of fresh milk were antibiotic residual,staphylococcus aureus and staphylococcal enterotoxin in Guangzhou,the data showed that milk source exit contamination.Supervisory board should further regulate the supply of fresh milk;strengthen the control and surveillance of antibiotic residual in milk products,in order to maintain the good health of the general public.
