摘要
以含气抽油机井生产系统为研究对象,在分析其工作状况的基础上,根据能量守恒原理,采用节点系统分析方法和多相管流的相关公式,建立了确定含气抽油机井套管气释放时机的计算模型,编制了相应的软件并进行了实例计算。结果表明,套管气释放时机可通过井口套管压力值与油井动液面深度的变化关系进行预测,这样就简化了目前现场释放套管气的工作程序,为及时、准确地释放套管气,保证油井正常。
The working conditions of beam pumping well containing gas are analyzed. The method of nodal system analysis and the multiphase flow correlations are applied to establish the model for determining the releasing time of casing gas. A matching software is made and applied to calculation of releasing time for a well. It shows that the time for releasing casing gas can be predicted by the relationship of casing pressure at well head and well working level. In this way, the present working procedure of releasing casing gas can be simplified. It is an effective method to ensure well working in a good state under the condition of timely releasing casing gas.
