摘要
高气油比的抽油机井在生产过程中,套压的大小影响着油井的生产,过大或过小会使产油量偏少或含水率上升过快,影响油井的最终采收率。由于套压与油气比、含水率等存在着线性关系,故可以通过多元线性回归理论建立相关的数学模型。根据套压与产油量的关系,运用数据的最小二乘曲线拟合法,最终得到套压与产油量的近似关系,由此通过控制套压来改变产液量。试验结果表明,该方法简单易行,现场应用效果良好,能够为油井的生产管理提供理论依据。
In the process of high gas-oil ratio pumping wells production, the casing pressure value affect production of oil wells. When it is too high or low, the output will be less or the water content will increase quicker and affect the final recovery efficiency. Because there is a linear relationship between the casing pressure and the gas-oil ratio and water cut, relevant mathematical model can be setup by multiple element linear regression theory. The final similar relationship of the casing pressure and the crude output can be obtained by the data least square curve-fitting method, thus the liquid producing capacity can be changed by controlling casing pressure. The test result show that this method is simple and easy, the result is better after applied on site, it can provide the theoretical criteria for oil well production management.
