摘要
介绍了水力活塞泵的结构及工作原理,分析计算了其液马达排量和泵的有效排量、实际排量及额定排量,建立了水力活塞泵力平衡方程,计算得到摩阻损失和P/E值,为水力活塞泵的设计应用提供依据。
The structure and working principle of hydraulic piston pumps is introduced, analysis and calculation of its effective displacement pump and hydraulic motor displacement, and the actu- al displacement and rated discharge capacity were made. The force balance equation for hydraulic piston pump was established. The P/E values were computed to obtain friction losses,which pro- vided a basis for design and application of hydraulic piston pumps.
