摘要
在气油比较高的油井,气锚的分气效果很差,使常规抽油泵发生气锁。介绍了液气混抽泵的结构和工作原理。分析表明:液气混抽泵能够强制排出气体,对油井的气油比没有要求,在高气油比时不会发生气锁现象;柱塞上死点位置、气包段长度对泵的效率有影响。现场应用表明:在常规抽油泵不能工作的高气油比油井中,使用液气混抽泵能够提高油气产量,泵效率达69%。
The performance of gas separator is very poor in high gas-oil ratio wells,resulting in gas lock in conventional sucker rod pumps. In this paper, the structure and working mechanism of muhiphase pump have been presented. It has been demonstrated that the multiphase pump has the ability of enforced gas evacuation without requiring a certain gas-oil ratio of wells,and gas lock is averted in the case of high gas-oil ratio. The position of upper end of plunger and length of gas cavity affect pump efficiency. Field application indicates that the utilization of multiphase can increase production in high gas-oil ratio wells where conventional sucker rod pumps cannot funetion,and pump efficiency of multiphase pump achieves 69%.
