摘要
简要介绍了我国钢管行业进入21世纪以来先后从国外引进的PQF三辊限动芯棒连轧管机与FQM三辊限动芯棒连轧管机的工艺特点和设备特征。通过对引进机组的对比分析,论证了其金属变形核心技术的一致性和生产过程中限动芯棒循回方式的差异性。其共同点是金属变形的核心技术、电气传动和自动化控制系统以及多层次的在线检测技术均代表了当今世界无缝钢管生产的顶尖技术和装备水平。
The paper briefly introduces the process characteristics and equipment features of PQF and FQM three-roll retained mandrel pipe mills, which were imported from abroad successively by Chinese pipe industry since entering the 21st century. Through comparison and analysis, the consistency of core technology of metal deformation and the difference of mandrel running method and production efficiency in production are demonstrated. The core technology of metal deformation, electrical drive and automation control system and multi-level online inspection technology all represent the contemporary top technology and equipment level of seamless pipe production.
