摘要
介绍了安徽天大企业集团公司投建的三辊轧管机生产线的工艺流程及工艺设备特点。通过采用改进设备结构,提高穿孔机刚度,轧管机采用新型前台等措施,提高了生产率。实践证明,生产线布置合理,运行稳定,产品质量满足要求。
The characteristics of technology and equipment of domestic three-high pipe mill were intro duced. The productivity of mill is increased by improving its structure and rigidity. The practice shows that the arrangement of production line is reasonable and runing is stable.
