摘要
本文分析了衡阳华菱钢管有限公司Φ219mm机组轧管机前后台设备结构存在的问题,并给出了结构优化方案。提出了在全浮式Aseel三辊轧管机前台增加芯棒导向防甩尾装置、改进毛管移送及输送辊道的设备结构;后台设备采用分段导向从动短托辊、宽输送辊、压辊相组合,升降支撑平台整体焊接件结构、轧管机后台中心线集中调整的方案并应用于实践,解决了生产过程中钢管表面擦伤、芯棒及钢管甩动大及穿插芯棒可靠性差的问题,同时提高了生产节奏和生产效率、减少废品数量提高了产品成材率,提高了设备的适应性、稳定性及设备精度。
This paper analyzes the problems of the proscenium and outlet table equipment structure of theφ219 mm pipe mill in Hengyang valin steel tube Co.,Ltd.,and provides optimization scheme.It is proposed to add a mandrel guide and anti swing device at the full floating Aseel three-high pipe mill proscenium,and improve the structure of the transfer and conveying roller table of the hollow billet,the outlet table equipment adopts the combination of sectional guide driven short roller,wide conveying roller and pressing roller,the lifting platform overall weldment and centralization adjustment of backstage center-line of pipe mill,are applied to practice.It solves the problems in the production process,such as steel pipe surface scratch,big swing of mandrel and steel pipe and poor reliability of inserting mandrel.Meanwhile,it improves the production rhythm and efficiency,and the adaptability,stability,accuracy of the equipment too.And reduces the quantity of waste products to improve the yield of products.
