摘要
现代技术危机频现,给企业的生存与发展造成巨大的压力和威胁。如何依托竞争情报,运用其策略与方法,针对企业的技术竞争环境、技术竞争对手和技术竞争战略及其相关信息进行系统的监测、科学的分析与预测、客观的评估与诊断,为企业技术提供及早的危机预警已成为亟待解决的问题。本文基于竞争情报,针对企业的技术危机预警问题,重点探讨了企业技术危机的预警思想和预警系统构建问题。
Modern technical crisis occurs frequently, which brings huge pressure and threat to enterprise existence and development. Therefore, it has become a problem urgently to be solved that in view of the enterprise＇s technical competitive environment, technical competitors and technical competitive strategies, how an enterprise utilizes the strategies and methods of competitive intelligence to carry out systematic monitoring, scientific analysis and prediction, and objective evaluation and diagnosis so as to provide an early crisis prewarning for the enterprise. Based on competitive intelligence and in view of the enterprise technical crisis prewarning problem, this paper focuses on the thought of the enterprise technical crisis prewarning and the construction of the enterprise technical crisis prewarning system.
