摘要
本文分析了危机爆发期的危机特征和危机处理;研究了危机爆发期企业竞争情报沟通机制的构建,尝试为面向危机爆发期的竞争情报工作提供一种有效的机制;并通过案例分析对该机制的效度进行了一定程度的验证。
This paper analyzes the features of crisis and the crisis management during the outbreak of crisis.The paper also studies the construction of the enterprise competitive intelligence communication mechanism during the outbreak of crisis in an attempt to provide an effective mechanism for enterprise competitive intelligence work.The validity of the mechanism is verified to some degree with a case analysis.
