摘要
在综合研究信息质量领域现有研究成果和竞争情报工作具体特点的基础上,系统地描述竞争情报人员搜集和验证竞争信息的思维活动过程,分析竞争信息间内在关系;构建了竞争信息的符号模型,量化竞争信息质量评价的关键指标,提出便于实践的竞争信息质量评价体系。
Based on a combined research on the current achievements in the field of information quality and characteristics of competitive intelligence, this paper systematically describes the thinking process for collecting and verifying competitive information, and then it analyzes the interaction among competitive information. Furthermore, the paper sets up a symbol model of competitive information which will provide a practicable framework for assessing competitive information quality, and can be used to quantify some key dimensions for quality assessment of competitive information.
