摘要
以苦瓜、甘薯叶为原料 ,研制出色、香、味俱佳且营养丰富的保健饮料 ,并对苦瓜、甘薯叶汁液的护绿进行了较详细的研究 。
This paper developed a health protection drink of bitter melon and sweet potato leaf, which has good color,fragrantand flavour.Green protection of juice was studied in detail and the best prescription was decided.
