摘要
根据气动减压阀的结构,建立相应的数学模型,运用MATLAB软件对模型进行仿真计算.对气动减压阀进行实际测试,其仿真结果与实际测试结果基本吻合.还分析了减压阀的静动态特性,其结论对该类阀的设计具有重要参考价值.
Based on the structure of the pneumatic pressure regulator, a mathematic model is established, and MATLAB software is used to simulate the mathematic model. An actual test is made of the performance of the Pneumatic Pressure Regulator, and the simulation result coincides with the actual test result. In addition, the static and dynamic characteristics of the pneumatic pressure regulator are analyzed and the conclusion drawn is offered for reference in the design of this kind of regulators.
