摘要
通过对小型甘蔗收获机械的台架机构进行动态分析发现,台架的横梁、耙轮轴和液压缸等3个零件对刀盘的垂直方向的振动影响较大(主要影响砍蔗的质量指标破头率)。为此,对这3个部件进行了动态仿真分析,并通过分析它们对万盘的作用和影响,提出了结构优化的建议。
The paper mainly deals with dynamic-analysis and simulation about the uplift device in the minitype sugarcane harvester and finds that the beam, transportation wheel and hydraulic cylinders have a important influence to the vertically vibration of cutter device which mainly influences the broken rate of the sugar cane. It researches the dynamic-analysis about the three parts. Though analyzing the effect and influence on cutter device, bringing forward the suggestions of structural optimization.
