摘要
以煤粉为燃料的麦尔兹窑,煤粉气力输送系统是麦尔兹窑的关键组成部分,煤粉的连续均匀输送,及在窑膛横断面的均布是活性石灰优质高产的保证。通过对煤粉气力输送系统应用实践,对设计应用的螺杆空压机、减压阀、设计压力等方面,结合应用实践及出现的系列问题进行理论研究,根据实践与研究对系统进行改进优化,满足生产要求,同时降低运行成本,对今后麦尔兹窑的设计建设提供参考。
