摘要
陶行知先生的艺友制教育思想,产生于中国教育现代化初期师资极度匮乏之时,是对传统师范教育观念的一种根本性推翻,是一种本土化的中国师范教育改革探索,它有自身的理论基础。艺友制教育强调"以朋友之道教人艺术或手艺",在教育内容、教育方法、教师培养等方面均有独到之处,对当今教师教育教育改革颇有启发。
Tao Xingzhi's teacher education model of 'Art Mate' came into being at the initial stage of Chinese modernization when teacher resource is in great poverty in China.This model of teacher education,as the exploratory reform of the localization of Chinese teacher education,fundamentally overthrew the traditional teacher education notion.The model emphasized 'teaching partners art or craft as a friend',showing distinctive quality in educational content,method and teacher training,which gives many revelations to the reform of teacher education nowadays.
