摘要
应用国际补体参考实验室的方法,对洛阳地区正常汉族家系184条染色体做了补体单倍型的检测与分析,并与南方汉族做了比较。共发现频率大于0.01的补体单倍型19个,频率居前3位者为SC31(0.2174),SC42(0.1685)和SC32(0.1087),有11个型别呈连锁不平衡。Bf,C2,C4A和C4B等位基因的频率分别以BfS,C2C,C4A3,C4A4,C4B1和C4B2频率居高。而且洛阳汉族BfS,C2C和C4B3等位基因的频率明显高于广东汉族(P<0.05或P<0.01),显示了南北汉族间的显著差异。此外,就主要补体单倍型频率与日本人、白种人和黑种人做了比较与讨论。结论阐明了北方汉族补体单倍型的种类、频率,以及与南方汉族型别分布的差异。
The complotype of 184 chromosomes from healthy Han nationality Chinese families was firstly investigated and analyzed in Luoyang area, by using methods of the international complement reference laboratory. And the data from Luoyang Han were compared with those of Southern Han Chinese. The results showed that 19 various complotypes which frequencies were more than 0.01 were identified. There were 11 complotypes with linkage disequilibria. The preceding three complotypes were SC31(0.2174), SC42(0.1685) and SC32(0.1087). The highest allele frequencies of four loci of complotypes were Bf *S, C2 *C, C4A *3, C4A *4, C4B *1 and C4B *2 respectively. And the alleles Bf *S, C2 *C and C4B *3 frequencies were obvious higher in Luoyang Han than those in Guangdong Han with statistically significant difference( P <0.05, or 0.01). Moreover, the major complotype frequencies of Chinese Han, Japanese, Caucasoid and Negroid were compared and discussed. Conclusions. The distribution of complotype patterns and frequencies of Northern Han are elucidated and the allele frequency differences between Northern and Southern Han nationality Chinese. are also showed.
