摘要
研究了氧氟沙星与7,7,8,8-四氰基对二次甲基苯醌(TCNQ)的荷移反应,确定了反应的最佳条件。在甲醇-丙酮(3:2)介质中,二者于30℃水浴中恒温30min即可形成1:1络合物。在测定波长 743 nm处络合物的表观摩尔吸光系数为 3.58 ×l04 L· mol-1·cm-1;氧氟沙星浓度在0- 15 mg/L范围内符合比尔定律。方法的相对标准差小于3%。
The charge-transfer(CT) complex formed between ofloxacin as the donor and 7, 7, 8, 8-tetra cyanoquinodimethanethane (TCNQ ) as the acceptor in methanol - acetone medium has been studied by spectro photometric method. Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0 - 15 mg/L of ofloxacin. The apparent absorptivity of CT complex at 743 nm is 3. 58 × 104L·mol-1·cm-1· The composition of CT complex is found to be l: 1 by Bent-French and curved intersection methods. The relative standard deviation is less than 3% (n = 8). The method has been applied to the determination of ofloxacin in tablets with satisfactory results.
