摘要
研究了电子受体四氯苯醌 ( TCBQ)与盐酸洛美沙星电子给体之间的荷移反应 .试验表明 ,反应需在碱性条件下进行 :荷移复合物的最大吸收波长为 35 5 nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为 1 .1 1× 1 0 4L·mol- 1· cm- 1 ,复合物的组成比为 1∶ 1 ,方法的线性范围为 0 .3～ 1 .8mg/L,相对标准偏差 ( RSD)为 1 .3%( n=1 0 ) .应用拟定的方法测定盐酸洛美沙星胶囊中药物含量 ,与文献方法一致 ,回收率 1 0 0 .2 % .
Charge transfer reaction of π-Electron acceptor tetrachlorobenzoquinone and Lomefloxacin Hydrochloride is researched. The test confirms that the reaction is carried through in the condition of alkalescence. The maximum wave length is 355nm, the apparent moore absorbance conficient is 1.11×104L·mol -1·cm -1,and the form proportion of charge trasfer complex is 1∶1. The linear scale of the way is 0.3~1.8mg/L and RSD is 1.3%(n=10). The proposed method is applied to the determination of Lomefloxacin Hydrochloride in capsules with satisfactory result. The reclaim rate is 100.2%.
