摘要
[目的]探讨桑茎的降血糖活性,为研究桑树的降血糖活性奠定理论基础。[方法]用4-硝基酚-α-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(PNPG)法测定3种不同浓度的桑茎浸提液对α-葡萄糖苷酶活性的抑制作用,并用SPSS统计软件对测定结果进行显著性分析。[结果]10.326、0.653和103.264 mg/ml桑茎浸提液对α-葡萄糖苷酶活性的抑制率分别为1.03%、-2.40%和0,表明桑茎浸提液对α-葡萄糖苷酶的抑制率低,抑制作用不明显。利用SPSS软件进行的显著性分析结果显示,3种浓度的桑茎浸提液在400 nm处的最终吸光值不存在显著差异,说明不同浓度的桑茎浸提液对α-葡萄糖苷酶的抑制率不存在显著差异。[结论]桑茎浸提液对α-葡萄糖苷酶活性的抑制作用不显著。
[ Objective ] The purpose of the study was to discuss the hypoglycemic activity of mulberry stems so as to lay a theoretical foundation for studying the hypoglycemic activity of mulberry tree. [ Method] The inhibitions of 3 extracted fluid with different conch, from mulberry stems on the activity of α-glucosidase were determined by PNPG method and the significance of determination results was analyzed by using SPSS statistical software. [ Result] The inhibitory rates of 10.326, 20.653 and 103. 264 mg/ml extracted fluid from mulberry stems on the activity of α-glucosidase were 1.03%, - 2.40% and 0 resp. , indicating that the inhibitory rate of extracted fluid from mulberry stems on α-glucosidase was low and its inhibition was not obvious. The results of significance analysis performed by using SPSS software showed that the final absorbance values of extracted fluid with 3 concn, from mulberry stems at 400 nm had no significant difference, indicating that the inhibitory rates of extracted fluid with different Cohen. from mulberry stems on α-glucosidase had no significant difference. [ Conclusion] The inhibition of extracted fluid from mulberry stems on the activity of α-glucosidase was not significant.
