离子色谱法测定不同产地桑叶中的无机阴离子和有机酸 被引量:3

Determination of Inorganic Anions and Organic Acids in Mulberry Leaves by Ion Chromatography

摘要 用离子色谱电导检测器对桑叶中的无机阴离子(F-,CI-,NO2-,Br-,NO3-,SO42-)和有机酸(苹果酸、琥珀酸、乙酸)进行了测定。阴离子分离条件:采用Shim-packIC-A1阴离子交换柱,用2.5mmol/L邻苯二甲酸和2.4mmol/L三羟甲基氨基甲烷混合溶液为流动相,具有良好的线性(相关系数为0.9967~0.9990)和重复性(相对标准偏差小于5.2%),回收率为96.7%~99.7%。有机酸分离条件:采用Shim-packSCR-102H离子排斥色谱柱,0.4mmol/L对甲苯磺酸溶液为流动相。具有良好的线性(相关系数在0.9990~0.9999)和重复性(相对标准偏差小于1.48%),回收率在98.6%~101.9%。方法简便实用,用于实际样品分析,所得结果令人满意。 A method was developed tot the determmation of inorgamc amons ano orgamc acre in the mulberry leaves by using ion exclusion chromatography with conductometric detection. The separation of anions was acheved on a shim - Pack IC - A1 column with a mixture of 2.5 mmol/L phthalic acid and 2.4 mmoI/L tris(hydroxymethyl)amionomethane as mobile phase. It has good linearity with correlation coefficients between 0. 9967- 0. 9990 and relative standard deviations lower 5.2 %. The recoveries of anion in the samples were between 96.7 % and 99.7 %. The separation of the organic acids was achieved on a shim - Pack SCR - 102H column with solution of 0.4 mmol/L P- Toluenoulfonic acid as mobile phase. The method is simple and useful, and has good Iinearity with correlation coefficients between 0. 9990 and 0. 9999 and relative standard deviations lower 1. 48 %. The recoveries of acid in the samples were between 98.6 % and 101.9 %.
