摘要
从结构、性质、作用原理、构效关系和资源等方面概括目前α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂的研究现状,旨在探讨今后该领域的研究重点和发展方向,为新型降糖因子的发现拓宽思路。
In this paper the current research on α-glucosidase inhibitors were reviewed from five aspects, structure, character, working mechanism, resource and the relations between structure and activity to discuss the focus and the trend of development in this field and to broaden the ideas to find out some new hypoglycemic functional factors.
