摘要
为更有效地寻找糖肽类抗生素新品种,根据糖肽类抗生素抑制细菌粘肽合成的作用机制,我们研制出了定向筛选此类抗生素的Sepharose4B-D-Ala-D-Ala亲和层析柱模型,并测试其可行性。此模型已用于实际筛选中。
Infections caused by MRSA remains a major clinical problem. Glycopeptide antibiotics are still successfully used to treat this kind of infections. In order to screen glycopeptide antibiotics more efficiently, we have established affinity chromatography procedure based on mode of action of glycopeptide antibiotics. The affinity chromatography procedure has been applied for screening glycopeptide antibiotics and several positive strains including teicoplaninproducing strain have been picked out.
