摘要
建立了替考拉宁组分及其有关物质的HPLC测定方法。色谱柱为AgilentExtend-C18柱(5μm,4.6mm×250mm),流动相为20mmol/L醋酸铵-乙腈,梯度洗脱,柱温30℃,检测波长254nm。该方法对替考拉宁的5种主要组分及其有关物质能够较好地分离。该方法稳定、准确,可用于替考拉宁及其有关物质的测定。
To establish an HPLC method for content determination of teicoplanin and its related substance, h hgilent Extend-C18, column (5 μm, 4. 6 mm×250 mm) was used;mobile phase: 20 mmol/L ammonium acetate-acetonitrile with gradient elution. The column temperature was kept at 30 ℃. The detection wavelength was set at 254 nm.There was a good seperation between the Content of teicoplanin component and its related substances. The method was accurate for Content determination of teicoplanin component and its related substances.
