摘要
运用问卷调查法等,对我国中小学体育教师专业能力构成要素进行分析,制定我国中小学体育教师专业能力标准。该标准主要由"体育教师职业意识"等7个一级指标、"科学的学生观"等13个二级指标和"公平对待所有学生"等58个三级指标构成。针对标准中的一级指标,分析中小学体育教师应具备的专业能力。
The methods of questionnaire ete were applied to analyzing the essential elements of professional ability of P. E. teachers in middle and primary schools of our country and instituting the professional ability standards of Physical Education teachers in China' middle and primary schools. The standards were constituted of 7 Grade A indexes of Physical Education scientific students outlook etc. and 58 Grade C indexes of treating all students in the fair way etc.. It analyzed the professional ability that the Physical Education teachers of middle and primary schools should have according to Grade A indexes in the standards.
