摘要
在教师职业专业化的过程中,教师的专业素质受到人们广泛的关注。体育教师专业素质对学校体育的教育质量有着重要的影响,文章提出了专业化体育教师应具备的专业素质,并结合我国实际提出了体育教师专业素质实现的对策。
While teacher＇s job is professionalized, the teacher＇s professional quality receives people＇s extensive concern. P.E. teacher＇s professional quality has important influence on quality of education of sports of the school, this paper has put forward the professional quality which the P.E. teachers should posess and the countermeasure that the professional quality of a P.E. teacher realizes.
