摘要
采用问卷调查法,对中学体育教师应具备的素质、高师体育专业学生的素质现状进行了调查,结果显示:(1)中学体育教师应具备的能力素质中,思想道德素质是动力,身体素质和心理素质是前提,科学文化素质是基础,专业素质是核心,以上共同构成中学体育教师的整体素质。(2)外语与计算机还未得到广大中学体育教师的充分认识。(3)体育专业学生的能力素质与21世纪社会对中学体育教师的能力素质要求还存在一定差距,差距主要在思想道德素质与综合素质方面。并对此提出了提高体育专业人才素质的建议。
Investigation was made by questionnaire on qualities which GYM teachers of middle school should possess and present situation of qualities of students of GYM education subject in teachers training college. The result shows that 1 In the qualities of GYM teachers of middle school , morality quality is motive power while physical quality and psychology quality is precondition, science and culture quality is foundation and subject is core., which consist of total qualities of GYM teachers of middle school. 2 Foreign languages and computer are not fully realized by GYM teachers of middle school. (3) There exists gap to some extent between capability qualities of students of GYM education subject and the requirements of 21th century for qualities of GYM teachers of middle school, which mainly lies in morality and general qualities. Suggestions on upgrading qualities of talents in GYM education subject are put forward.
