摘要
结合洋快餐的特点，对中式餐饮企业的连锁经营现状进行了调查分析，指出了中式餐饮业连锁经营存在的主要问题。
The article investigates and analyses the state of the Chinese catering trade chain operating,and points out the main problems exited in Chinese catering trade comparing with the Western quick meal.
