高效液相色谱-串联四极杆质谱联用测定水果和蔬菜中赤霉素残留量 被引量:16

Determination of Gibberellin Residues in Fruits and Vegetables by Liquid Chromatograpy-Tandem Quadrupole Mass Spectrometry

摘要 建立了蔬菜和水果中赤霉素残留的高效液相色谱-串联四极杆质谱联用测定方法。该方法经50%乙腈水溶液(pH值2.5)提取样品,以ZORBAX SB-Aq柱(2.1mm×150.0mm,3.5μm)分离,流动相为0.1%甲酸水溶液和甲醇(体积比为60∶40),电喷雾正离子MRM模式检测。该方法的检出限2.0μg/L,方法定量下限10μg/kg,线性范围2.0~10.0μg/L,加标回收率90.1%~102.3%,相对标准偏差为4.07%。 This study developped a LC/MS/MS method for the determination of gibberellin residues in fruits and vegetables.Samples were extracted with 50% acetonitrile water solution(pH 2.50),then seperated in ZORBAX SB-Aq column(2.1mm×150.0mm,3.5μm)with mobile phase of methanol and 0.1% formic acid(40∶60 by volume).The mass spectrometry was operated in the positive ion mode of multiple reaction monitoring.The limit of detection was 2.0 μg/L,and the quantitative lower limit was 10 was in fruits and vegetables.The linear range was between 2.0~g/L and 10.0μg/L. The recovery rate was between 90.1% and 102.3% ,and the relative stantard deviation was 4.07%.
