摘要
综述了植物内源激素的分析方法,主要包括酶联免疫吸附测定法、气相色谱法、高效液相色谱法、光谱法和毛细管电泳法,并对样品预处理方法进行了阐述。
The research methods of endogenous phytohormone,including enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays,gas chromatography,high performance liquid chromatography,spectroscopy,capillary electrophoresis were reviewed.Meanwhile,sample pretreatment methods were also summarized and the future development of analytical methods of endogenous phytohormone were forecast.
