摘要
目的分离、鉴定旱柳叶中的化学成分。方法采用水提、醇沉,硅胶柱色谱等方法进行分离,得到3个化学成分,运用IR,UV,Ms,1H-NMR和13C-NMR等光谱法鉴定化合物结构。结果分离鉴定了3个化合物:儿茶酚(Ⅰ),木樨草素-7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(Ⅱ),大黄酚(Ⅲ);用TLC法检查出大黄素甲醚(Ⅳ)。结论化合物Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ均是首次从该植物中分离获得。
Objective To isolate the chemical constituents from leavs of Salix matsudana Koidz. and to identify their structures. Methods The compounds were separated by means of extraction, chromatography on silica gel, and their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectral analyses ( IR, UV, Ms, 1H NMR, 13 C NMR, ) and TLC. Results Four compounds were isolated from the leavs of Salix matsudana Koidz. They were identified as catechol( I ), luteoli -7 - O - β- D - glucopyranoside ( Ⅱ ), chrysophanol(Ⅲ) ,physcion(Ⅳ). Conclusion Compound Ⅰ - Ⅳ were isolated from S. matsudana for the first time.
