摘要
采用聚酰胺、硅胶和Sephadex LH-20等色谱技术分离纯化狭叶薰衣草中的化学成分,通过波谱分析及理化性质鉴定化合物的结构:芹菜素7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅰ)、木犀草紊7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅱ)、木樨草素7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖醛酸苷(Ⅲ)、芹菜素(Ⅳ)、木犀草素(Ⅴ)、咖啡酸(Ⅵ)、β-胡萝卜苷(Ⅶ)、乌苏酸(Ⅶ)和19α-羟基乌苏酸(Ⅸ)。化合物Ⅲ和Ⅸ为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Chemical constituents were isolated and purified from Lavandula angustifol Mill,bydifferent kinds of column chromatography such as polyamide,silica gel and Sephadex LH-20.Theirstructures were determined on the basis of the physicochemical properties and spectral analysis asapigenin 7-O-β-D-glucoside(Ⅰ),luteolin 7-O-β-D-glucoside(Ⅱ),luteolin 7-O-β-D-glucuronide(Ⅲ),apigenin(Ⅳ),luteolin(Ⅴ),caffeic acid(Ⅵ),β-daucosterol(Ⅶ),ursolic acid(Ⅷ) and19α-hydroxyursolic acid(Ⅸ).CompoundⅢandⅨare obtained from this plant for the first time.
