摘要
目的 :研究旱柳叶的化学成分及其对脂肪细胞质脂分解的影响。方法 :用化学和光谱方法进行了化学成分的研究 ;用正常大鼠附睾处脂肪细胞观察化学成分对由去甲肾上腺素 (NE)诱导的脂肪分解作用。结果 :分离出 3种单体 ,为芹黄素 7 O β D 吡喃葡萄糖醛酸苷 ,木樨草素 7 O β D 吡喃葡萄糖醛酸苷和木樨草素 3′ 甲醚 7 O β D 吡喃葡萄糖醛酸苷 ;前 2种可增加由NE促进的脂解过程中脂肪酸的释放量。 结论 :3种化合物均为首次从柳属植物叶片中获得 ;芹黄素 7 O β D 吡喃葡萄糖醛酸苷和木樨草素 7 O β D 吡喃葡萄糖醛酸苷可促进由NE诱导的脂解作用 ,木樨草素 3′ 甲醚 7 O β D 吡喃葡萄糖醛酸苷无明显作用。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents of the leaves Salix matsudana and their influence on norepinephrine-induced lipolysis.Methed:The chemical constituents were studied by means of chemical mothods and spectral analysis. Rat's epididymal lipocytes were used to observe the effect of these constituents on the lipolysis promoted by norepinephrine (NE).Result:Three constituents were isolated from the leaves of S. matsudana ,and identified as apigenin-7- O -β- D -glucopyranoside,luteolin-7- O -β- D -glucopyranoside,luteolin-3′-methyl ether-7- O -β- D -glucopyranoside,of which two can increase the release of free fatty acids( FFA ) in the process lipolysis promoted by NE.Conclusion:All the three constituents were isolated from the leaves of Salix spp. for the first time. [
