Simulation on Safety of Car in Full-scale Frontal Impact

摘要 在显式非线性有限元理论的基础上,应用PAM-CRASH软件建立了整车有限元模型。针对完全正面碰撞情况,对B柱减速度曲线和碰撞后汽车不同部位的变形情况进行模拟仿真,并与实验结果进行了对比和验证,表明与试验结果基本吻合,同时对本车车身结构的薄弱环节提出了相应的改进方案。 Based on explicit nonlinear finite vehicle was built by using PAM-CRASH software element theory, the finite element model of whole ,then the full-scale frontal impact process of the car was simulated. The results of B pillar's deceleration and different parts' deformation of simulation were compared with the results of experimental test which showed that the gained results were in accordance with that simulated.Meanwhile some improvements of weak links of the car were proposed.
