摘要
参照相关法规,结合结构非线性动态接触碰撞响应有限元软件LS-DYNA,对某轿车前车门进行有限元碰撞模拟;在不改变防撞杆质量的前提下,通过改变防撞杆的截面形状、放置位置及安装方式等8种设计方案,对车门防撞杆进行改进;比较改变前后车门侧碰的特征参数,得出防撞杆最佳改进方案,为车门防撞杆的改进设计提供理论依据.
The crashworthiness of front car door is simulated with non-linear dynamic contact crash response software LS-DYNA according to related laws and regulations. The side door bar is designed with 8 schemes by different cross sections, different positions and different fixed methods with the same weight, and an improvement scheme is put forward by comparing the crash performance parameters. It is helpful to side door bar design.
