摘要
对半挂车车架进行了三种典型路况下的有限元分析,给出了半挂车车架的应力和应变分布规律,通过结果分析,得出半挂车车架结构设计合理,为半挂车车架的强度评价及轻量化设计提供了相关数据。
The finite element simulation analysis in three typical traffic situations to semi-trailer frame is studied in this article. The component stress and the distortion distribution are obtained and structural design rationality for the trailer frame is confirmed. The related data can be provided for intensity appraisal and weight reduction design of the semi-trailer frame.
