摘要
介绍了10t半挂车车架设计的板壳有限元建模和边界条件的处理方法,按正常装载工况,对车架进行了合理设计。并按实际使用中可能出现的非正常装载工况进行了强度校核。
The methods of the flat shell finite element modelling and the boundary conditions procossing in the design of 10 t semi trailers carriage is introduced. We design the carriage reasonably aecording to the normal loading mode. Then we check its intensity in abnormal loading mode which may occur in use, and indicate the negative influence on the carriages intensity under the abnormal loading.
