含硫氮双齿配位基的有机硅聚合物负载的铑络合物的催化作用 被引量:3

摘要 含硫氮双齿配位基的有机硅聚合物和三氯化铑反应,制备了聚-γ-N(β-丁硫基)乙基胺丙基硅氧烷铑络合物和聚-γ-N(β-苯硫基)乙基胺丙基硅氧烷铑络合物.选用I-癸烯,I-十二烯、苯基烯丙醚、苯丙烯、甲基丙烯酸丁酯、环己烯、氯代十一烯和三乙氧基硅烷进行硅氢加成反应,另用丁烯进行氢化,以其实验结果评价其催化活性.实验结果表明两种铑络合物具有良好的催化活性,在1.5~1.8h之内,含有4.9×10-6mol的两种铑络合物可将I-癸烯,苯基烯丙基醚,I-十二烯硅氢化78%以上.其选择性在96%~100%之间.对丁烯的氢化效果良好. Two new types of polysiloxane bound mixed bidentate metal complexs, poly γ N( β butylsulfide)ethylaminopropylsiloxane rhodium complex and poly γ N( β phenylsulfide) ethylaminopropylsiloxane rhodium complex, have been synthesized. It was found that the rhodium complexes are efficient catalysts for the hydrosilylation of olefins with triethoxysilane. Seven α olefins, decene, dodecene, allyl benzene,allyl phenyl ether, chloroundecene, methyl butyl acrylate, cyclohexene were usedas substrate to evaluate the catalytic activity and selectivity of the rhodium complexes. Terminal addition products were obtained from all olefins, More than 78 of dodecene, decene, allyl phenyl ether (10×10 -3 mol)were completely hydrosilylated with complex containing 4.9×10 -6 mol rhodium with in 1.5~1.8 h.
