摘要
研究了聚(苯乙烯-丙烯酰胺)(PSAC)载体-氯化钕配合物催化丁二烯聚合的规律,考察了PSAC载体及PSAC·NdCl3配合物的组成与催化活性间的关系.PSAC载体的收率不影响配合物的活性,而配合物的活性却随PSAC载体中C(O)NH2功能团含量的高低而改变,含量低时活性高.
The NdCl 3 complex supported on poly(styrene acrylamide)(PSAC) has been prepared and the polymerization of butadiene(Bd) in the presence of a new binary catalyst system composed of this complex and Al( i Bu) 3 has been studied. PSAC·NdCl 3 complex is characterized by its high catalytic activity. Under certain polymerization condition, the catalytic activity increases with the increasing of n Nd / m Bd and n Al / n Nd values, values the intrinsic viscosity of the obtained polybutadiene decreases. On the other hand, the catalytic activity of PSAC·NdCl 3 complex is not relative to PSAC yield and is influenced by the composition of PSAC. The activity of PSAC·NdCl 3 complex with higher content of C(O)NH 2 is not as good as that with lower content. The microstructure content of the polybutadiene is not influenced by the composition of PSAC and PSAC·NdCl 3 complex. The cis 1,4 content of polybutadiene is more than 98%.
