摘要
用乙腈提取样品中的涕灭威、速灭威、呋喃丹、甲萘威、异丙威,采用磷酸沉淀蛋白,提取液浓缩后用固相萃取技术分离、净化,淋洗液经浓缩后,使用带荧光检测器和柱后衍生系统的高效液相色谱进行检测。在浓度为0.0100~0.200μg/mL的范围内线性良好(r>0.999),检测限(S/N=3)均小于2.0μg/kg。在5.00、20.0、200.0μg/kg添加水平下,回收率为81.7%~93.2%,相对标准偏差为1.9%~7.6%。
Arapid and efficient method was developed for detecting carbamate insecticide residues in aquaculture. Proteins were precipitated with phosphoric acid. Residues were extracted with acetonitrile, removed with amino column, detected with high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) post column direvatization system, fluoresense detector. The linearity for NMCs standards was good (r〉0.999)and the detection limits of 5 mate insecticides were below 2.0 μg/kg (S/N=3).The recovery fortified with three levels of standard was in the range of 81.7% to 93.2%. The RSD was between 1.9%-7.6%.
