蔬菜、水果中的吡虫啉、多菌灵和5种氨基甲酸酯类农药残留测定 被引量:14

Determination of Imidacloprid、Carbendazim and 5 Kinds of Carbamate in Fruits and Vegetables by Accelerated Solvent Extraction Technology Coupled with Solid Phase Extraction and High Performance Liquid Chromatography Tandem Mass Spectrometry

摘要 应用快速溶剂萃取技术(ASE)-固相萃取-高效液相色谱串联质谱(HPLC/MS/MS)建立苹果、梨、橙子、橘子、草莓等水果和菜花、蘑菇、芦笋、豆角、黄瓜等蔬菜中吡虫啉、多菌灵、5种氨基甲酸酯类农药残留的新分析方法。样品由甲醇提取,固相萃取MCX柱净化,质谱检测器检测。实验证明,在所选的水果和蔬菜中吡虫啉、多菌灵回收在78.0%~104.0%,相对标准偏差在3.2%~7.6%;5种氨基甲酸酯类农药回收在82.0%~108.0%,相对标准偏差在5.4%~9.8%。吡虫啉、多菌灵和5种氨基甲酸酯类农药样品中的最低检出浓度为分别为2.0、5.0μg/kg。 A method for the determination of imidacloprid, Carbendazim and 5 kinds of carba- mate in fruits (apple, pear, orange, strawberry) and vegetables (cauliflower, mushroom, asparagus, cucumber) by accelerated solvent extraction technology coupled with solid phase extraction and high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry was estab- lished. Samples were extracted with methanol and sodium hydroxide solution, cleaned up by MCX Solid phase extraction column and tested by mass detector. The recoveries of different quantities of earbendazim and imidacloprid was 78.0%-104% with RSD from 3.2% to 7.6%. The recoveries of different quantities of 5 kinds of carbamate was 82.0%-108% with RSD from 5.4% to 9.8%. The determination limit of determination of imidaeloprid and Carbendazim was 5.0μg/kg. The limit of of 5 kinds of earbamate was 5.0μg/kg
