宁夏枸杞抗小鼠脂肪肝作用的实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察宁夏枸杞抗小鼠脂肪肝的作用。方法成年雄性昆明种小鼠45只,随机分为三组,空白对照组喂饲基础饲料;枸杞组喂饲高脂饲料+枸杞(100g/kg);脂肪肝模型组喂饲高脂饲料,喂饲6周,将小鼠处死后,取肝脏冰浴下制备10%的肝组织匀浆,测定甘油三酯(TG)、胆固醇(TC)、丙二醛(MDA)、组织蛋白,并取肝组织进行病理切片检查。结果脂肪肝模型组小鼠的MDA、TC、TG含量明显高于空白对照组(P<0.01);枸杞组小鼠肝脏TG、TC、MDA的含量明显低于脂肪肝模型组(P<0.01);脂肪肝模型组肝脏脂肪变性较为严重、并伴有炎细胞浸润及坏死;枸杞干预组肝脏脂肪变性较轻,无明显炎细胞浸润及坏死。结论宁夏枸杞具有明显的抗小鼠脂肪肝作用。 Objective To investigate the protective effect of Ningxia lycium barbarum on fatty liver in mice. Methods 50 adult male mice, weighing 18-22 grams, were randomly divided into three groups after adaptability keeping three days. The normal group fed with basic animal feeds; Ningxia lycium barbarum interventional group fed with high fat diet + medlar ( 100 g / kg) ; Fatty liver model group fed with high fat diet. The liver tissue were made and TG, TC, MDA, ALT, Protein and other indicators were determined. Results Serum MDA, TC, TG in model group were significantly higher than those in normal group (P 〈 0.01) ; Serum MDA,TC,TG in Ningxia lycium barbarum interventional group were significantly lower than those in model group (P 〈 0.01 ). Liver pathology showed: normal group were not unusual ; liver steatosis of fatty liver model group was more serious and with infiltration of inflammatory cells and necrosis; liver steatosis Ningxia lycium barbarum intervention group was lighter. Conclusion Ningxia lycium barbarum have a protective effect on fatty liver of mice.
